## § 29-4 Outside riding.

(a) It is unlawful for any person to ride on a bumper, fender, or any exterior portion of any public passenger motor bus or other common carrier.

(b) Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $10.
