## § 3-6 Rules and regulations; fees.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 3-6 (2026)

(a) The Police Commissioner may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle.

(b) The Police Commissioner may establish and impose reasonable fees for undertaking a background check under this subtitle.
