## § 40-8 Parents and guardians.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 40-8 (2026)

No parent or guardian of a minor may knowingly permit the minor to violate any provision of § 40-6 or <cite data-path="|19|§40-7">§ 40-7 of this subtitle</cite>.
