Upon approval of personal press identification card applications or press vehicle identification card applications, the Police Commissioner of Baltimore City may issue personal press identification cards and/or press vehicle identification cards to qualified applicants, which cards shall be subject to revocation at sound discretion of the Police Commissioner. The personal press identification cards and press vehicle identification cards shall not be issued for a period longer than 1 year. Qualified persons may be granted renewal personal press identification cards and/or press vehicle identification cards upon application.
