## § 43A-5 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 43A-5 (2026)

(a) The commissioner shall adopt rules, regulations, and hearing procedures as necessary or proper to carry out this subtitle.

(b) A copy of all rules, regulations, and procedures must be filed with the Department of Legislative Reference before they take effect.
