## § 48-4 Flying over stadium.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 48-4 (2026)

(a) It is unlawful for any person to operate an aircraft over or around the outer limits of M&T Bank Stadium or Oriole Park at Camden Yards for any advertising or commercial purposes.

(b) Any person who violates a provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000.
