§ 51-1 Definitions.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b)Park rule.
“Park rule” means any rule or regulation adopted by the Director of Recreation and Parks under the authority of <cite data-doc="City of Baltimore, Md., Charter" data-path="VII|§67|(f)">Article VII, § 67(f) of the City Charter</cite> and subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>.
