## § 59-20B Criminal penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 59-20B (2026)

Any person who violates <cite data-path="|19|§59-18">§ 59-18 of this Part 2</cite>A is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to the following penalties:

(1) for a 1<sup>st</sup> offense, a fine of not more than $500; and

(2) for any subsequent offense, a fine of not more than $750 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days or both fine and imprisonment.
