§ 60-11 Penalties.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Any gun offender who violates any provision of <cite data-path="|19|§60-10">§ 60-10 of this subtitle</cite> is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 12 months or both fine and imprisonment for each offense.
(b)Each day a separate offense.
Each day that a violation continues is a separate offense
