## § 60-3 Registration – In general.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 60-3 (2026)

(a) A gun offender must register with the Police Commissioner.

(b) When requested to do so, the gun offender must acknowledge, in writing, his or her duty to register under this subtitle.
