## § 61-3 Registration – In general.

Balt., Md., Code art. 19, § 61-3 (2026)

(a) An arson or malicious burning offender must register with the Commissioner.

(b) When requested to do so by a judicial officer or law enforcement officer, an offender must acknowledge, in writing, the offender’s duty to register under this subtitle.
