An alarm system user must:register with the Commissioner within 10 days of activating an alarm system; and update the registration, within 10 days of any change, if any information the Commissioner requires on the registration form changes after the registration is filed. For purposes of the penalties imposed by this subtitle, each event that violates this section constitutes a separate offense.
