For the purposes of this subtitle, “chemically treated paper” is paper which: has been treated with celluloid and nitrate, or with other substances or chemicals to give it a high combustibility; has been treated with substances or chemicals to give it a high solubility; or has been treated with substances or chemicals to give it a quick disposability.
