## § 1-3 Auctioneers to be appointed and licensed.

Balt., Md., Code art. 2, § 1-3 (2026)

No person or business organization shall conduct any auction sales in the City of Baltimore before being appointed and licensed in accordance with the provisions of this subtitle.
