§ 11-16 Operational restrictions.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Sale of liquor prohibited.
No license as a pawnbroker shall be granted to any person who has an ordinary license, or license for the retailing of spirituous liquors.
(b)Hours.
(1)
No house wherein said trade or business is carried on shall be opened at an earlier hour than 8 a.m., nor shall it be kept open later 6:30 p.m., except between December 15 and December 31, inclusive, when it may be kept open until 11 p.m.
(2)
No business shall be conducted on a Sunday by a pawnbroker in Baltimore City.
