§ 12-11 Labels.

Balt., Md., Code art. 2, § 12-11 (2026)

All items in the dealer’s place of business shall be clearly marked or labeled to correlate with:

(1)

the dealer’s record of the transaction; and

(2)

the purchase receipt or, if the item is in for consignment or repair, the invoice.
