## § 12-15 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 2, § 12-15 (2026)

Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-doc="City of Balt., Md., Ord. 25-013" data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Police Commissioner, in consultation with the Director of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing, may adopt rules and regulations to implement this subtitle and shall make these rules and regulations available to dealers and the general public.
