§ 12-6 Transferor to provide true name, etc.LinkCopy Citation
An individual who transfers or otherwise disposes of an item to a dealer or to the agent or employee of a dealer may not fail or refuse to give:
(1)
the individual’s true name, age, and address; and
(2)
if the individual is acting as an agent for a principal, the principal’s true name, age, and address.
