All reports and recommendations of the Commission shall be in writing and a copy of each shall be sent to the President of the City Council and to the Department of Legislative Reference. The Commission shall make an annual report to the Board of Estimates and to the City Council, which shall include:a summary of the Commission’s activities; all actions taken concerning the duties and responsibilities listed in this subtitle; and any recommendations of the Commission.
