## § 6-15 Penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 2, § 6-15 (2026)

(a) Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.

(b) Each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
