Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-doc="City of Balt., Md., Ord. 25-013" data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing may adopt rules and regulations to carry out this subtitle.
