## § 8-6 License required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 2, § 8-6 (2026)

No person may do business as a scrap metal dealer unless that person:

(1) has first obtained all State licenses for the business; and

(2) has then obtained from the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing a City license under this Subtitle 8 {“Scrap Metal Dealers”}.
