## § 8-7 Applications.

Balt., Md., Code art. 2, § 8-7 (2026)

The application for a license shall:

(1) be made in the form and contain the information that the Director of the Department of Consumer Protection and Business Licensing requires; and

(2) contain a notarized statement that attests, under penalties of perjury, to the truth of all information provided.
