## § 4-4 Operating under the influence.

Balt., Md., Code art. 20, § 4-4 (2026)

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs to operate, or attempt to operate a street railway car in the City of Baltimore.

(b) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment for not less than 30 days nor more than 6 months, or by fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500, or by both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.
