## § 5-2 Delaying railway cars.

Balt., Md., Code art. 20, § 5-2 (2026)

(a) No person shall be allowed to drive or operate vehicles on the tracks of any railway to the hindrance and delay of the cars.

(b) All persons who, upon the call or signal of any driver, conductor, or other persons in charge of a car passing on its route, wilfully neglect or refuse to vacate said tracks, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $10 nor less than $5, to be collected as other fines are collected.
