## § 23 Management of Funds.

Balt., Md., Code art. 22, § 23 (2026)

(a) The Board of Trustees shall be the trustees of the several funds of the Elected Officials’ Retirement System of Baltimore created under the provisions of this subtitle.  The Board shall have the power to invest and reinvest such funds as provided for in <cite data-path="|22|§7">§ 7 of this Article 22</cite>.

(b) The provisions of <cite data-path="|22|§7|(a)|(1)">§ 7(a)(1) of this article</cite>, concerning the investment of funds in companies doing business in or with Sudan, apply to all funds of the Elected Officials’ Retirement System.

(c) The provisions of <cite data-path="|22|§7|(a)|(2)">§ 7(a)(2) of this article</cite>, concerning the investment of funds in fossil fuel companies, apply to all funds of the Elected Officials’ Retirement System.
