## § 40 Limitation of other statutes.

Balt., Md., Code art. 22, § 40 (2026)

(a) No other provision of any local law or ordinance which provides wholly or partly at the expense of the City of Baltimore for pensions or retirement benefits for employees of the said City, their widows or other dependents, shall apply to members or beneficiaries of the Retirement System established by this subtitle, their widows or other dependents.

(b)

(c) All provisions of law inconsistent with the provisions of this subtitle are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
