§ 10-12 Notice to Board.LinkCopy Citation
An assignment under §§ 10-4 {“Exceptions – Court orders”} through 10-10 {“Exceptions – Funeral expenses”} of this subtitle may be made only after the Board of Trustees receives:
(1)
a copy, as appropriate, of the court order or decree, notice of tax lien, power of attorney, custodial designation, trust document, certification of representative payee, or consent to assignment to funeral establishment; and
(2)
any additional documents or information that the Board requires.
