§ 11-1 Plan amendment.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Subject to the limitations of subsection (b) of this section, the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore reserves the right, at any time by ordinance, to amend any provision of <cite data-path="|22A">this article</cite>.
(b)Limitations.
Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, no amendment may cause any vested contributions made before the amendment’s effective date to become forfeitable.
