## § 11-1 Plan amendment.

Balt., Md., Code art. 22A, § 11-1 (2026)

(a) Subject to the limitations of subsection (b) of this section, the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore reserves the right, at any time by ordinance, to amend any provision of <cite data-path="|22A">this article</cite>.

(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, no amendment may cause any vested contributions made before the amendment’s effective date to become forfeitable.
