## § 2-13 Plan expenses.

Balt., Md., Code art. 22A, § 2-13 (2026)

Except for investment fund fees and expenses paid under <cite data-path="|22A|§6-2|(e)">§ 6-2(e) {“Investments: Fund fees and expenses”} of this article</cite>, all expenses incurred in the administration of the Retirement Savings Plan and in the management of Plan assets may only be paid as follows:

(1) first, out of either forfeitures under Subtitle 8 {“Forfeitures”} of <cite data-path="|22A">this article</cite>; or

(2) the unallocated Plan Asset Account that holds revenue sharing or similar payments received by the Plan from or with respect to an investment option, as determined by the Board.
