The Director of Finance (or the Director’s designated representative) serves as Chair of the Board. The trustees may elect a trustee to serve as Vice-Chair of the Board. If an Executive Director has been appointed by the Board under <cite data-path="|22A|§2-8|(a)">§ 2-8(a) {“Services”} of this subtitle</cite>, the Executive Director serves as the Board’s Secretary.
