Subject to any limitations imposed by <cite data-path="|22A">this article</cite> and to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Board of Trustees may adopt rules and regulations for the efficient administration of the Retirement Savings Plan.
