§ 9-2 Distributable events – Retirement.

Balt., Md., Code art. 22A, § 9-2 (2026)

A member who terminates employment on or after the member’s normal retirement age is entitled to receive the value of the member’s:

(1)

if applicable, Mandatory Employee Contribution Sub-Account;

(2)

Employer Contribution Sub-Account; and

(3)

if applicable, Rollover Contribution Sub-Account.
