§ 9-2A Distributable events – Transfers.

Balt., Md., Code art. 22A, § 9-2A (2026)

A member who terminates employment and transfers his or her service to another City retirement plan is entitled to receive the value of the member’s:

(1)

mandatory employee contribution sub-account; and

(2)

if applicable, rollover contribution sub-account.
