The Director of Public Works has charge of the following services, as authorized or required to be done by the City:the cleaning of the public streets, lanes, and alleys; and the collection and removal of mixed refuse and recyclable materials. For premises that receive collection services, the Director of Public Works shall provide for:the collection of mixed refuse once a week; and the collection of recyclable materials once a week.
