Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $500. Each day that a person violates a provision of this subtitle shall be considered a separate offense. City Code, 1976/83, art. 23, §29(a) Ord. 91-757
