## § 1-1 Rules and regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 24, § 1-1 (2026)

Subject to Title 4 {“Administrative Procedure Act – Regulations”} of the <cite data-path="|general">City General Provisions Article</cite>, the Director of Public Works may adopt and enforce rules and regulations governing:

(1) the operations of the Department of Public Works; and

(2) the protection of the City’s water supply and facilities.
