## § 2-14 Water-for-All Program – Annual recertification of eligibility.

Balt., Md., Code art. 24, § 2-14 (2026)

(a) No less than 60  calendar days before the end of each calendar year, the Director shall:

  (1) notify all recipients of their obligation to recertify their eligibility for the Program; and

  (2) allow each recertified recipient to re-enroll in person, online, or in the mail.

(b) A recipient’s recertification of eligibility has the same effect as if the customer had reapplied.

(c) A recipient’s failure to recertify eligibility within 90 days after the notification renders the recipient ineligible to continue in the Program, subject to reapplication.
