## § 1-4 Falsifying information.

Balt., Md., Code art. 25, § 1-4 (2026)

Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation, record, report, plan, or other document filed with the Director of Public Works, or who falsifies, tampers with, or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under <cite data-path="|25">this article</cite> shall be subject to a fine, imprisonment, or both as provided in § 23-4.
