## § 11-1 Definitions.

Balt., Md., Code art. 25, § 11-1 (2026)

(a) “Scavenger vehicle” means any vehicle used in the transportation of wastewater.

(b) “Waste hauler” means any person engaged in transportation or conveyance of wastewater for discharge directly or indirectly into the sewer system.
