## § 11-5 Permit conditions — in general.

Balt., Md., Code art. 25, § 11-5 (2026)

(a)

  (1) Waste hauler permits shall be subject to:

    (i) all provisions of <cite data-path="|25">this article</cite>; and

    (ii) all other regulations, user charges, and fees established by the City.

  (2) However, no person to whom a waste hauler permit has been issued shall be required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit with regard to discharges from scavenger vehicles.

(b) The conditions of the waste hauler permits shall be uniformly enforced by the Director of Public Works, in accordance with <cite data-path="|25">this article</cite> and applicable state and federal regulations.

(c) In the event of conflict between local, state, or federal regulations, the most stringent regulation shall be enforced by the Director.
