Permits may contain the following: conditions applicable to wastewater discharge permits; requirements for scavenger vehicles, including vehicle permit tags, type, equipment, maintenance, cleaning, identification, and limitations on other uses of such vehicles; discharge procedures; limitations as to time, location, volume, and flow of discharges; requirements for inspection and sampling; fee payment procedures; limitations on constituents and materials to be discharged; requirements for reports; requirements for seeking amendment of the permit if discharge is significantly changed or if source of discharge is changed; and other conditions as deemed appropriate by the Director to insure compliance with <cite data-path="|25">this article</cite>.
