## § 11-7 Term, transfer, and suspension of permits.

Waste hauler permits are subject to the same limitations on duration, transfer, and suspension as wastewater discharge permits as provided under §§ <cite data-path="|25|§3-9">3-9</cite> through <cite data-path="|25|§3-11">3-11</cite> of <cite data-path="|25">this article</cite>.
