§ 3-10 Permit transfers.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Permits issued to specific users and operations.
Wastewater discharge permits are issued to a specific user for a specific operation.
(b)Transfers.
(1)
A wastewater discharge permit shall not be reassigned or transferred or sold a new owner, new user, or a new or changed operation without the prior written approval of the Director.
(2)
A permit shall not be transferred to any other location.
