## § 3-7 Permit conditions - compliance required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 25, § 3-7 (2026)

(a) No person shall discharge wastewaters in violation of the limitations set by the wastewater discharge permit.

(b) Any person desiring to discharge wastewater or use facilities which are not in conformance with the wastewater discharge permit should apply to the Director of Public Works for an amended permit.
