§ 5-2 Pretreatment standards and requirements.

Balt., Md., Code art. 25, § 5-2 (2026)

All industrial users shall comply with:

(1)

the Federal General Pretreatment Regulations in 40 CFR Part 403;

(2)

the applicable national categorical pretreatment standards set out in 40 CFR Subchapter N, Parts 401 through 471 upon promulgation; and

(3)

all applicable federal, state, or local requirements or standards.
