The IU shall notify:
(1)
the Director of Public Works;
(2)
the Director of the Regional Waste Management Division of the United States Environmental Protection Agency; and
(3)
the Director of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Administration of the Maryland Department of the Environment,
in writing, of any discharge into the POTW of a substance, which, if otherwise disposed, would be a hazardous waste under 40 CFR Part 261.
