The IU shall notify: the Director of Public Works; the Director of the Regional Waste Management Division of the United States Environmental Protection Agency; and the Director of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Administration of the Maryland Department of the Environment, in writing, of any discharge into the POTW of a substance, which, if otherwise disposed, would be a hazardous waste under 40 CFR Part 261.
