## § 15-24 Securing public way.

Balt., Md., Code art. 26, § 15-24 (2026)

At the end of each workday, the permittee must secure the public way:

(1) with temporary fill or paving;

(2) by trench plating; or

(3) by other protective measures approved by the Department.
